Approve with changes
Approvers can approve a plan WITH tracked changes, authors accept or reject each one, and the approval completes itself. Plus: plans you write are fully yours — share them, download them, from your phone too.

The big one: an approver no longer has to choose between approving a plan as-is and sending it all the way back. Approve it with your edits attached, the author reviews each change like a tracked-changes document, and the moment they finish, the approval completes on its own. Around it, the whole submitter journey got honest: write a plan, share it, download it — no reloads, no dead ends, no permission surprises.
For everyone
Exports that show what changed in review
Word downloads carry the review as real tracked changes (they show up in Word's own Review pane), PDFs show them inline, and decks end with a what-changed summary slide.
See who's on a brief with you
Open a brief and a quiet chip shows who else has it open right now, so two people stop editing blind.
Adding a second account now works over SSO
"Add another account" no longer bounces you back into the account you're already in — and remember, switching between your own roles never needs a second account: use the workspace switcher.
For approvers
Approve a plan with your changes attached
Edit the plan, pick "Approve with changes", and it goes to the author with every edit tracked. You don't need to come back — when they finish reviewing, your approval completes automatically.
Make execution and performance optional
Internal workspaces can decide the approved plan IS the finish line — Settings → "After a plan is approved". The journey shortens honestly everywhere; external client workspaces keep the full lifecycle.
For submitters
Accept or reject each change, then Polish
When a plan comes back approved with changes, rule on every edit one by one — or accept all or reject all in one tap — then Polish smooths the final text. Your call is always preserved exactly.
Share and download the plan you wrote
On team workspaces, the person who wrote a plan can now share it with the team themselves — and the download buttons (PowerPoint, Word, PDF) appear the moment the plan exists, right on the Plans tab, no reload needed.
Upload a document as your brief
Have the brief in a Word file or PDF already? Upload it on the new-brief form and the description fills itself in. This now works properly from your phone as well.
