This release is about always knowing three things without opening anything: where am I, what's my next action, and who am I waiting on. New workspaces get a checklist that ticks itself, first visits get a short walkthrough, every screen shows how many teammates are online right now, and the whole product got a real phone-sized pass.
For everyone
A walkthrough on your first visit
Joining a workspace now opens a short tour of your screen — where briefs land, where to raise work, where help lives. It shows once, you can skip it, and "Take the tour" in the help menu brings it back anytime.
See who's online, wherever you are
The top bar now shows "3 of 8 online" for your workspace — teammates active in the last few minutes, one tap from the Activity page where the names are. The same numbers appear on the workspace picker, so they always agree.
Remove a PR Brain file
Uploaded something to PR Brain you no longer want shaping your output? Every document now has a Remove option. The AI stops using it immediately, and the removal shows up in your Activity log.
Everything works properly on your phone
A full pass at phone size fixed the crowded top bar, plan screens that overflowed the edge, and buttons that hid under other controls. The mode and online tally now sit in the strip under the bar where there's room.
For approvers
A checklist that gets your workspace going
New internal workspaces show three steps — invite your team, get the first brief in, approve the first plan — and each ticks itself off as it actually happens. When everything's done, it quietly disappears.
Manage your team from Settings
Settings got a full redesign — four clean tabs instead of one long scroll — and the People tab now lets approvers change a teammate's role or remove someone, with the workspace always keeping at least one approver.
For submitters
A brief that's back with you says so — with a clock
When your approver asks for input, the brief now shows "Back with you" on its journey and how many days remain before it closes automatically, so nothing quietly expires on you.
